Iguana

Last November on our visit to a nostalgic town near the sea we got to see an iguana in the back drop of a rock. We were excited and surprised to be able to see it  as not every day one can see an Iguana so tamely perched on the rocky ground of the sea sun bathing before it finally dive into the sea again. This lizard is cold blooded and therefore needs the sun to warm them up before going down into the sea again so that it will gain back its strength.
