I like to bake. I like pastry best. I learn how to bake on my own initiative and I can proudly say that I am an avid and advance baker. My pen friend from Norwich UK sent me this small recipe booklet of Be-Ro flour a long time ago and in it were traditional English recipes which I have tried and it has turn out very well. This booklet doesn't cost much, only a pound but the recipes are rich and there were step by step instructions on how to make a shortcrust pastry,rough puff pastry and flaky pastry. It is a useful basic little booklet I treasured.
