Pumpkin and Recipe

I like pumpkin and I can eat it every day. It is easy to cook; I usually fry it with a bit of oil, garlic and dried prawns. It tastes delicious when cooked till soft. I like the creamy and sweet taste of the pumpkin. Pumpkin is a versatile vegetable; you can also use it to bake pumpkin cake and pie. We plant pumpkin at the family home and it is heartening to see it grows all over the ground.
