Egg White with Chicken Ham Omelette
Egg White from 2 or 3 eggs
1 piece of Chicken Ham cut into small pieces
A little Oil for frying
Beat egg white till combined and add in Chicken ham.
Heat a small non stick pan; pour about a teaspoon of cooking oil
Pour in the egg white with the Chicken ham and fry like an omelette.
When cooked, dish onto a plate.
I like to top my toasted bread with it.
