This is an
Origami red and black rose done by Jonathan. He was so into it one day that he
took no less than an hour to figure out how to complete it, with the help of an
Origami book of course. I, on the other hand can’t believe he could fold it
with much accuracy, but then he did quite a good job with it. The Japanese
invented the art of paper folding known as Origami and you would be surprised,
because just about anything can be made by folding paper, the Origami way.
Patience and more practice would be great criteria if you want to take up this
art.
So what
actually is origami, the name says it all ‘folding paper’ the traditional
Japanese art and this art has been popular outside of Japan as well. You can
start from basic to more intricate designs. Try it you may even like it enough
to take it up as a hobby.
