Chicken Chop's Recipe

Chicken Chop

I like chicken Chop with a bit of gravy. At times when I really need to whip up something fast and delicious for my family, I always choose this time tested without fail recipe of Chicken Chop. Here is the recipe:

2 Boneless Chicken thigh
1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
All Purpose Seasoned Flour

Marinade Ingredients:

Salt, According to Taste
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce( I Use The Sweet Type)

2 Cups Oil for Deep frying

Sauce Gravy

1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce( I Use The Sweet Type)
1/2 Cup water
1 Teaspoon Cornflour



Delicious Chicken Chop


Marinade the chicken thighs with salt,oyster sauce and dark soya sauce. Leave for 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a medium pan. Use paper towels to pat dry the chicken thighs, dredge the chicken thighs with the All Purpose Seasoned Flour and fry it till slightly brown. Transfer to a plate.

 Meanwhile pour out all the oil from the pan but leave 1 tablespoon, add the sauce for the gravy into the pan , stirring to combine. Add in the fried chicken chop and simmer till it is done, tranfer it onto a plate leaving the gravy in the pan. In the meantime add in the frozen mixed vegetables and stir till it is cooked.Add in the cornflour stir till gravy thickened and pour the gravy over the plate of chicken chop. Serve it warm or cold, it is delicious!
