This is a late entry for the just passed Chinese New Year, February 2026. This year the celebration was great and we invited some friends over for lunch and, reunion. This year I baked and make my own Pineapple Tarts including the Pineapple Paste. Which is good as I can adjust the sweetness and texture accordingly. Usually every year I make like roll over but this year I went back to making an open pastry Pineapple Tarts, which is nice and beautiful to look at.

Unwind with friends, Josie
During one of the long Public holidays in Malaysia, my sister Josie went on a trip to unwind with friends. Obviously, she's enjoying herself. This place that they gathered and visited was in Sabah somewhere overlooking the Crocker Range, at least it's visible if you look around when you're there. Elevation range up to 2.050 meters above sea level. Every time when I travelled home, it never ceased to amazed me. These mountains are awesome.
To the right, behind those stylish shades, looking through is Josie in light green blouse
