This year, Father's Day falls on Sunday 17th June 2018, it was a fun day for all of us here.
This year's celebration was simple and relaxed, I was wondering about what flavour will the cake be, and in the end choose a lemon flavour. The icing on the cake is simplicity at its best, but the cake was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Jonathan is back from the UK to celebrate with us. The dinner main meal was Chicken cordon bleu with pork, ham and cheddar cheese fillings. I also baked a tray of blueberry cupcakes. I and Jonathan give a toast to the best father in the world, albeit a bit strict at times. We did enjoy ourselves.
