Christmas is the time for baking those
delicious Christmas cookies and of course gingerbread cookies. This year I baked
quite a huge portion and distributed it to all who enjoy eating it. My
favourite is still the delicious European Christmas cookies, they were the
best, every year I look forward to bake and pack it and give it away as gifts.
